Housing Association 3 bedroom semi detached house in the small town of St Clears (SA33) Carmarthen. The house is DG and has GCH. Small/medium fully enclosed back garden with 2 sheds and a front garden with its own drive. Room Sizes are approx Kitchen/Dining room.....16.5ft x 9.9ft
Front Room.......15ft x 12ft Front Double bedroom.....12.10ft x 9ft
Back Double bedroom.....10.8ft x 10.5ft...... Front Single Bedroom 8ft x

We are looking for a 4 bedroom or a 3 bedroom with a separate dining room, enclosed back garden and a drive or off road parking, areas we would like are Swansea or Carmarthen or anywhere within 30 miles of St Clears and near the coast. We are not looking to move until July 09 but could move earlier if necessary.
