4 bed semi in newtown powys

we have a 4 bed semi in the market town of newtown powys just over the welsh boarders,we have 3 good sized beds upstairs all with built in wardrobes,a bathroom and loft ,airing cupboard upstairs ,down stairs we have the 4th bed room with wardrobe ,a shower and toilet room ,kitchen ,dining room,second loft and living room,good sized secure garden ,plus small front with 3 allocated parking bays,g/c/h d/g house is 10 years old and in good dec state,by all local amenities but in a cul-de-sac very quiet ,there is no right to buy on this house,loverly neighbours and loverly views.we are trying to get to the ludlow/leominster area as we have elderly parents there ,we need tohave a2/3 bed house or bungalow with good parking a shower is a must ,would love an open fire rural would be great ,also need a good sized secure garden as we have 2 dogs

hi we are still looking but would now consider other areas by north coast of wales barmouth area ,and border towns like sarn ,kerry and churchstoke, would like 2 bed .shower and good parking,wouold lve open fires
