Hi and thanks for looking at my exchange!

I have on offer a lovely 3 bed mid terraced Victorian town house, in Upper Plumstead in the borough of Greenwich. It has 1 large double bedroom which is approx 18 x 12, and 2 which are approx 12 x 7. 2 of the bedrooms are on the top floor with the 3rd being on the middle floor along with the bathroom and separate toilet. From the front door there is a long hallway with high ceiling with stairs leading down to good size kitchen, which is approx 10 x 10 and a lounge which is approx 18 x 12. All rooms are decorated in neutral colours but could probably do with a fresh coat of paint, so if this doesn’t bother you then please read on!
All rooms have long sash windows and all white wooden moulded doors. There is a long paved garden which is set out over 4 shelves, as house is situated on a hill leading up to Winns Common.
There are several local schools both primary and secondary which are within walking distance and 3-4 bus routes to central London and Kent. Also, the main line train station is just a short walk away which takes approximately 20 mins into London.
The house is situated in a private road with little through traffic and very quiet neighbours on both sides. There are no parking restrictions and no problems with parking outside house, (I have 2 cars).
I am looking for a 3 bed house. am open to offers for most areas particularly Kent (maidstone area)
My home is in an ok condition but is in need of a coat of paint, here and there etc, so don’t worry if yours isn’t perfect either as this won’t put me off in the least.
The reason for moving is work related and nothing sinister lol so if you think you might be interested (No time wasters please!) The do drop me a line and I promise to get back to you the same day either way.

If you are in Wiltshire then I am sorry but it is just too far for us as need to be within an hour of Dagenham,
