I have a large 4 bedroomed mid terraced house in Exwick on 3 floors.
Ground floor
has a medium sized secure fenced patio garden - 17ft x 20ft
and a large lounge 16.8 feet X 14.8 feet. (with staircase entering)
middle floor
kitchen/diner - 8.2ft x 16ft
double bedroom - 10.5ft x 11.5ft
wc 5ft x 3ft
top floor
bathroom with shower, bath and toilet - 7ft x 5.7ft
double bedroom - 11.4ft x 10.4ft
double bedroom - 11.7ft x 6.10ft
single bedroom - 13.7ft x 5.4ft
All double glazed and have night storage heaters. It is owned by Guinness Trust housing association.
There are parking bays outside the house and the views are really nice. The area is quiet, with a neighbourhood watch scheme in operation and the house is not overlooked and has a right to buy. Good bus service and near St David's Station.
I am looking for a large 3 bedroomed or 4 bedroomed house in the Exeter area. Not Burnthouse lane, Whipton or Beacon Heath area please. |
