Uppingham, Rutland to anywhere

Hi, any one interested in moving to a lovely town of Uppingham,Rutland,bus routes to all main citys, Leicester, Peterborough, etc. close to all shops, Gp, Dentists, Schools, all within walking distant, my house is right next to a huge park with 2 playing areas, outside my back garden,lovely quiet area, safe for children.
I have a driveway which fits 2 cars easy, medium sized gardens, with a patio area, great for children when the good weather comes, medium sized living room, medium newly fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Bathroom, main bedroom has a walk in cupboard i use as a wardrobe.
I am very serious about moving,either to Market Harborough,stamford,Melton Mowbray or nice part of Kettering, or if it comes to it someone near the beach but with work around. the sooner the better, fresh start, only nice areas considered, especially interestd in anyone with a very modern house, newly build and in a nice quiet area, like ours, i am really looking for a 2 - 3 bedroom preferred due to wanting to start a family next year and not wanting to move again, and have a family member stay over most weekends, and beats sleeping on a couch,spacious garden, due to a child, patio doors bonus, biggish bedrooms, spacious living room, and kitchen, and maybe WC downstairs well there you go not much to ask for lol, so anyone interested, to make the move to a fresh start, or someone trying to get back in to Rutland, to be near family, please give me an email on WilkesLa9@aol.com to discuss further requirements,and also to see if if my property suits what you want,and likewise.

i have a 2 bedroom house in ratby, fair size back garden accessed by patio doors in living room, park out the back of house, quiet cul-de-sac, access to local amenties and doctors, one large bedroom and one large enough for a child,
