Coastal/Rural on the iow for mainland east hampshire

hi we are look for iow coastal/rural
details of our home as follows:
good sized house with 2 out buildings currently used as laundry room and tool shed plus outside newly fitted loo never used but use it to store kids outside toys in! lol* enclosed front garden private owned houses either side and oposite, garage also available to rent 200m walk away (£5 pw through H/A). close to shops schools and bus/rail links totally enclosed large rear garden 55ftx30ft overlooking woodland (not other homes!)two double beds (13ft11x12ft & 10ft4x11ft2 this one has a built in cupboard)one single (7ft7x9ft9 with built in cupboard)new bathroom (7ftx5ft6) separate living (11ftx14ft) and dining area (10ft9x11ft2)with access via front room or kitchen (we have used the dining room as a 4th bedroom in the past for teenage step children when they where living at home, they have since flown the nest so now back to being used as a dining room) new modern kitchen (10ftx12ft)with slate floor built in larder plus other cupboards undersink with access to outbuildings and gardens. not on an estate lovely neighbours, i can be emailed at nailsbynicola@aol.com for more information or take a look at our web page
www.nickkijhomeswap.piczo.com we are interested in Coastal or Rural areas no flats or maisonettes, 2 beds or busy estates. our place is quiet and we are looking for a like for like. we can only take a minimum of 3 bed and separated dining room (may for go the dining room if kitchen is large enough to be a dining space) or 4 bed with lounge/kitchen/diner as we will be extending our family in the near future from 3 to 4 kids at home.
