this is a 3 bed in en5 on a small estate in Barnet, four level town house/maisonette. our property is only classed as a maisonette because we have a one bedroom running under our front room which is on the second level of our house, from the outside it looks like a normal house, we have a small paved front garden which we use in the summer as a garden, the garden is properly fenced off with a gate so ideal for dogs, it has a large wooden shed attached to the front of the house, there are large green areas to the side and the front of the property, large front room and kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, council starting regeneration on our estate in 2009 so you are guaranteed a new property, you will not be put in temporary accommodation you will move straight into the new property as they are building a section at a time. we have lived here for 13 years. need to move due to sons illness.
