It is council with the right to buy, off-road parking for two cars, small front garden and medium enclosed back garden. We have two double bedrooms and a single (not box) room. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs wc. Large kitchen/diner and medium sized front room. The house is fully double glazed and has gas central heating. Lovely older neighbours, lots of green space and parks for children close by. Within walking distance to all amenities, first middle and secondary school and good transport links.
