I have a 2 bed GFF in Wroxall, 1 single 1 double bedroom, large kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 4 large storage cupboards. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Own fully fenced in garden, (allows all pets), quiet cul-de-sac, quiet neighbours, play area next door, great views of the downs and beautiful walking and cycling routes. Walking distance to shops, school and bus route to main towns.
I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or GFF with own garden anywhere rural on the south coast from Cornwall to Chichester, must allow cats. |

Hiya, am still interested in your property, do you have any pics? Mine are just waiting to be put onto the computer, should be early next week, ( i don't know how). Must let you know though that the garden is not accessible through the flat, you have to walk around the outside, this has put a few people off so will understand if it's a problem for you.
Cheers, Kelley. |

Hi. Thanks for the reply.I havent got the foggiest how to put pics on (complete technophobe!). Garden access wouldnt be a problem to me although would talk to the master when he gets in.You do know mine is on an estate dont you, though there is no trouble. We are about 5 mins walk to a large tesco and 15 mins walk to town and are on a bus route to town as well.Rent is £86 and a few pence each week.If you have never visited Andover before its an ok place. Not a lot to shout about, some good shops, big asda being built, debate on tesco d.c.coming here so will be masses of jobs, though have low unemployment anyway. You do also know my kitchen is tatty but new ones being put in by end oct this year.Rest of house not too bad .Laminate in kitchen, dining room and hallway.Carpet in rest of rooms although could do with new in bedrooms.Let me know if still interested,Donna |
