hi we have a 4 bed new 2yrs old disabled house the street is 2yrs old as well wich is a col-de-sac with 36 houses. 2mins walk from hospita,park,shopping centre, high street, town centre, all level schools . we are not an housing estate it is realy nice. the house has a built in through floor lift donw stairs bathroom with walk in shower bedroom downstairs, big kitchen,good size livingroom. upstairs 3 good sized bedrooms , bathroom and walk in cupbaord. car port for 2 cars out front and small front garden. lighting out front and back. back garden very big with shed , patio , all fenced in. anymore info needed phone theresa 07722187367 or email me on t.paul4@googlemail.com we want a 3 or 4 bed bungalow or disabled friendly house in a northampton village must be in reciept of disability allowance or registered disabled for this property. maybe a three way swap could be considered.
