I have a 1 bedroom flat in Hove (Brighton city) right next to Hove railway station. it's on the second floor and is very quiet.
It's a very desirable Location.
Very near shops and not to far from the beach. Landlord is B/H Council. decoration is good. and it's due for a Gas Central Heating upgrade. (Appointment Booked April) New kitchen due August
Has balcony and it's a good size
I'm looking for a ground floor 1/2 bedroom flat with garden in Brighton/Hove, Surrey, Bromley,
Or a ground floor 1/2 bedroom flat with garden in London. Oxford
