1 bed flat in Chilwell

Hello. I have a spacious one-bedroomed ground floor flat in Chilwell for exchange. With bedroom, sitting-room, bathroom and spacious kitchen, both brand new. The whole flat was newly re-wired last year when the bathroom and kitchen were completely re-fitted. I have full double-glazing and new carpets throughout just a few months ago. Its in a very quiet semi-rural location, with park and fields nearby. I am also very close to both primary and secondary schools and have good bus routes to Long Eaton, Beeston and Nottingham. Pets are also allowed.

I am looking for a one/two bedroomed ground or first floor flat with possible use of a garden, yard or patio area in Chilwell, Stapleford or Toton.

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who wants to know more about my flat and anybody who has a flat fitting the above description for exchange.
