I have a 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Leeds. I am currently looking for a swap to a 3 bedroom house as I'm looking to live with my partner and son. My house has full GCH, Double glazing and a working gas fire and a brand new combi-boiler.
The kitchen is well equipped and comes with points for a Gas/Electric Cooker, Washing machine and even a tumble dryer. There is room for a good sized fridge/freezer and has good storage space. There is also a pantry which is a nice size and contains the gas meter.
The living room is a good size and will fit a 2 and; 3 seated sofa. It has two alcoves either side of the gas fire and large front window which gets the sun on a morning. The living room currently has laminate flooring and also has a space under the stairs which I currently use as a Computer room.
There is a good size bathroom with a built in electric shower and a bath which was only fitted 2 years ago. The bathroom also has a extraction fan to prevent damp and it fully titled around the bath.
There is one medium sized bedroom at the back (Kids room) which is large enough to fit a double bed and bedroom furniture. The front bedroom is larger (my room) and fits a double bed and furniture as well as having a built-in wardrobe space in the corner.
There is room at the front for a drive if you wanted to add one (I don't drive so I've not done it) and the back garden has a large patio area perfect for summer garden party’s and also a medium/large back garden which is grassed and in good condition (not left wild, lol). The back garden is secure and is not over looked from the rear and comes with a security light. It also gets the sun on a afternoon and evening so is nice to sit out during the summer evenings. There is also a good sized shed which I will be leaving behind.
My house is clean and tidy, no pets or smokers live in the house either.
Good local facilities, local swimming pool and park within 5min walk. Local shopping centre within a 10min walk and good public transport links to both Leeds and Bradford city centres. Local schools all have good grades and the neighbourhood is nice with friendly people living there, I will be sad to leave this area but my life is moving in a new direction.
