I have a 2 bed roomed ground floor flat which is surrounded by communal gardens. It has one large master bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, large living room, a nice sized kitchen with a recently new fitted kitchen (2009), a bathroom, airing cupboard and a good sized storage cupboard. It has economy 7 for both the storage radiators and boiler.
It is located in a very desirable, very quiet part of Colchester but is only a 15 minute drive, 40 minute walk or 20 minute bus ride from town. It has 2 primary schools and a secondary school all within a 10 minute walking distance. There are plenty of areas for walking, many parks, 2 supermarkets which are only a 15 minute walk away, a 24hr garage and various other shops and amenities.
I am looking to move to these locations Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Esher, byfleet, Woking and surrounding areas as I wish to be closer to my partner, although any area in Surrey will be considered. I need either a 2 bed roomed ground floor flat, maisonette, bungalow or house. I am looking to move in July/August 2011 to allow my son time to settle before beginning his new school life within the area.
