im currently living in north lowestoft looking to exchange to oulton broad area to be with family i have a large lounge ,kitchen and back garden which has had a new fence put in recently , 3 bedrooms 2 of reasonable size all been recently decorated ,local shops ,schools, park out back not too far from town bus stop literally outside of the house .
