Our house consists of a large through living room, medium sized kitchen with recently fitted cupboards etc. The house has plenty of storage cupboards built in. seperate bathroom with overhead shower, and toilet, two large bedrooms.
The rear garden is fully enclosed, medium size with a brick built dry shed for storage. The front is grassed open plan into the cul-de-sac, where there is ample parking. Just over the street are council garages which can be rented, and then onto playing fields and farmland with many public footpaths.
The village has most ammenities, including schools, doctors, chemist, shops butchers, bakers, take aways, cash machines, petrol station, post office, garages for car repairs etc.
There is also two main bus routes to York and Market Weighton for connections to Hull and Beverley.
