Cardiff: is only 2 hours away from London and has 350, 000 people and is a vibrant city within 20 minutes of the beach and countryside. There is lots to do and something to suit everyone from parks and lakes to restaurants and bars, Cardiff really does have it all. It is a city full of history and charm and home to one of the best universities in the UK. The museums and galleries are top notch, and so is the shopping!
The beaches within easy reach are: Barry Island, The Gower, The Mumbles, Southerndown and Ogmore- By- Sea as well as Tenby.
My Flat: is big and spacious with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and all other rooms recently decorated. There are no communal areas and no sharing to worry about and it is not in a tower block! The private garden is entered into via the kitchen door and it is solely yours...lawns, vegetable patch, flower beds, patio and shed. Both bedrooms are big doubles and you'd have no problem doing cartwheels in one!
My area: there is a big green in the middle of my street for playing/ laying on. Shops are 2 minutes away as is frequent transport. Primary school is 3 minutes away. There are 2 supermarkets within a 7 minute walk and a few doctors surgeries to choose from. The leisure centre is a 10 minute walk.
We only need to swap because my mother has become ill and needs to be with me (I live in London, w11).
