Lovely spacious 2 bed ground floor flatin fairwater cardiff, only 4 flat's in the block situated in a cul-de-sac with own access road( no through road,traffic etc..) lovely neighbours,very quite area, very large gated back garden, close to shops, bus stops, schools, local public house.

Only reason for needing an exchange urgently is that my oldest daughter is nearly 15 and has to share a bedroom with her 6 year old sister which i think is unfair we have waited on the council transfer list for many years for bigger accommodation. if the council were to build a 3rd bedroom for me i would happily stay here as we have done for the last 9 years.
