This house was built December 2009 and we are the 1st tenants. No decorating been done. Carpets and laminate throughout most of the house. Large kitchen/diner, good size front room. 4 good size bedrooms. A really nice house for a family. Small quiet cul-de-sac and we are right in the corner of this lovely road. Great schools 5 min walk, shops over the road, asda and tesco both 10 min drive away. Blaby village only 5 min bus ride or 20 min walk. Close to the countryside. Lovely place. Need to move to be closer to family.
