Roses round the door, small Lawns to the front each side of the front door. Beyond the Bungalow the path ends here. so dont see many people, just Postman and Milkman.Exstreamly peacefull.
We have a smallish lounge, over looking the front,with a coal fire wich the chimney is swept every year for free, it also heats the water, there is an emershan heater. Storage Heaters which we dont use that often. The fire heats the bungalow.
Opposite the Lounge is the 2nd Bedroom over looking the front.
Double bedroom with built in wardrobe, over looking the woodland at the back.
Next to that also overlooking the back is the bathroom, with heater and a fan. No bath just a walk in shower which was converted for the previous Resident wheelchair. The doors have been renewed in the last year.
The kitchen was newly but in 3 years ago when we moved in. We added 3 extra cupboards to match. Its creamy beige and brown handles. Plummed in for Dishwasher and W/Machine.also overlooks the rear of the Bungalow.
Outside there is a Patio then a wall and above the wall is the woodland. We have a New Greenhouse and a 10X6 New Shed, which is not part of the Property.
Tall side Gate, coal bunker. To the side of the bungalow is a large area, which was truly wild when we moved in.now we use it as a garden. fruit trees and the stream and woodland. We got permission to use it and its a wonderful place to sit and listen to the sheep, water flowing and the birds. My partner can now almost feed the Pheasents by hand now, they and the other birds seam to know the time, come for breakfast dinner and tea. We have an abundence of wild life including Deer.
The Property has been Totaly tastfully decorated throughout in Neutral Shades cream, pale golds throughout. The carpets are all new in Tarracota,matching through out. Which would have to be negociated, if it wasnt the same where we were moving to, but im sure we could come to some arrangement. on this and shed etc.
Doctors Looe and Polperro 5 min walk down to the village, the joy is we are just outside the village, so we have total peace and quiet. There is a regular bus service.
This is a uneque Council Property, took us 6 yrs to find, its a one off.
So we are not in any hurry to move. We have to move back nearer my Sons and it will have to be very special and in an area that we Advertise For.
We Want to Move to a Village,MUST BE AS RURAL as Possible. NO ESTATES House or Bungalow
