The property consists of 2 double bedrooms and a single, upstairs bathroom, open plan lounge and large kitchen diner. The garden is small/medium sized and is fully enclosed and have allocated parking area. The house has recently been remodernised and has new dg windows and doors, new combi boiler and cavity wall insulation and has a new fitted kitchen.
The area is lovely, with good schools and close to all amenities with good transport and access to Manchester, Sheffield and Buxton.

Looking for a similar sized property in the Notts area preferably Long Eaton but all other areas considered.
