urgently need an exchange for anywhere in north yorkshire that has good bus or to family illness
We have a three bedroom house in Selby rented through Selby District Council.
We are looking to do an exchange to another 3 / 4 bedroom property.
Will consider most places in North Yorkshire as long as there’s a good bus service as we can’t drive.
We are wanting this move due to family illness.
But at the moment we have to catch 2 buses with 5 kids to get to family and then another 2 buses to get back home.
So in an emergency its hard.
Our property is in a quiet cul de suc.
we have primery school on door step
Also take away, news agents/ post office.
Bus stop to town.
Also have 3 lakes reatail park which is less then 5 minutes walk.
Shops include Aldis , halfords pets at home , homebase, jb sports , argos , frankies and bennys , and Mcdonalds, also selby tenpin bowling center and peterol station.
Choice of 3 play parks.
Our house has large living room, medium kitchen and toilet down stairs.
3 bedrooms and bathroom up stairs.
Nice sized medium back garden which is fenced off and private.
Brand new baxi boiler only just fitted end of last year by Help Link and has recently just been serviced 2 days ago.
The house is gas centrel heated.
living room and kitchen recently decorated.
Bathroom will need decorating as it has just been replasterd by council.
