I have a two bedroom housing association property on
a small private estate in Hunts Cross Village Liverpool.
The flat has two double bedrooms and is only two years old.
There is also a very large kitchen diner with all mod cons
which leads onto a large open plan livimg area, the bathroom
is also large and spacious and has a power shower. The floors
in the living area are laminated and there are venitian blinds
at the windows which I am prepared to leave along with the carpets and curtains in the bedrooms. The block is small with only six
flats and all the neighbours are really nice and quiet.
There is also lots of secure parking and pretty communal
garden areas. I regret having to give up the flat but am
expecting a baby and want to move back to London to be near
