The 3 bedroom flat I live in is in Brent, London NW2. It is in a lovely quiet residential area of Mapesbury. It is on the 2nd floor with no lifts. It has been upgraded recently with new kitchen,bathroom, toilet and new central heating/gas combi boiler.There is off street parking and plenty of grassed area for children to play on,but football not allowed.Not too many children in this block as downstairs is sheltered housing.
It is Brent Council flat and Rent approx. £111 per week, which includes services and water charges, It is in Band D Council Tax about £1275 per year.
Am close to transport, shops, schools and many places of worship. Very well lit area.

I am interested in a 2 bedroom flat/masonette or house.
I would like it to be in Kensington and Chelsea in W11,W14,W10 area.Quiet residential area and not on a busy road. I would prefer a ground or first floor flat etc. with a shower instead of a bath as I am beginning to have problems with stairs or baths. I would like it to be uptodate like mine, in good condition and off street parking if possible. I would prefer to have a council or Housing association flat. Rent+ Services not over £100 if possible. Council Tax not higher than Band C if possible. Move in the next year or two. I love the flat I am in just the stairs and bath are becoming a problem for me. Well lit area desired and close to good transport, shops and church (RC).
