(added by the swapper): 3 bed house (looks like a bungalow from the outside but isnt) close to schools and shops in a lovely quite area with nice neighbours. 2 double bedrooms and 1 smaller double, front room / dining room, upstairs bathroom with wc and a downstair wc, small utility room, back garden is a medium size and has decking with fencing all around, walk in loft (other people in the area have made theres into another room) and off road parking/driveway. Wood flooring all downstairs. Serious movers please, moving to be nearer to family due to ill health. I will do a 3 way swap as long as others are serious about moving as I have been let down in the past. Please feel free to ask any questions. (added by the swapper): 3 or 4 bed house (double size rooms would be nice), nice size rooms maybe with dinning room and uiltitly room would be nice close to schools and shops. Quiet area NO ESTATES PLEASE OR MAIN ROADS but open to offers on that side. Nice size kitchen, garden (size doesnt matter but not massive) and off road parking/driveway. Only moving to be closer to my family that live in the Spalding. Moving due to ill health.
