700 year old church and lake around the corner.

It's very quiet here, I've never heard any trouble or had any trouble from the neighbours who are all elderly.

There are three bedrooms two can fit a double bed. Central heating throughout and double glazing fitted February 2011.

There is one bathroom which is a wetroom so there is no bath but it would be easy to install one.

I'll consider anywhere rural/semi rural or costal. House must be a large 3 bedroom.

I'm moving purely for a change of scene, grew up here and would like to experience somewhere new!
