hi we have a large 3 bed semi in a quiet cul de sac in the semi rural market town of hereford. gas central heating.all 3 bedrooms are large enough to accomodate double beds. family bathroom, downstairs w/c large front room with doors to dining room and the kitchen has an arch way through to the dining room which makes this a large space indeed. dining room has patio doors to garden. large utility room which houses my large chest freezer , washing machine and tumble dryer with loads of room for storage. laminated flooring through out downstairs and tastefully decorated in neutral colours through out.
large front (lawned) and back gardens. back garden is fully fenced in and is half patio and half lawn with mature shrub boarders, 2 large sheds 1 we use for childrens toy storage. the garden has a trampoline, swing set, with loads of room 2 spare enough for a large paddling pool and table and chairs in summer. there is on road parking for 2 cars.
there are good schools,shops,post office,doctors and dentist and asda and tesco are close by.chldrens parks are close by within walking distance. there is an excellent bus service so ideal for non drivers. town is a 15 min walk along the river wye path with lovely scenery.
hereford is ideal if you want the rural life with many farms, woods fields nearby. close to the malvern hills, hay on wye and ross on wye with famous book and food festivals held every year.
