We have a 4 bed house which been decorated throughout in neutral/modern decor,we have fitted new laminate flooring upstairs,new carpets downstairs.decor is all modern/neutral.new kitchen recently fitted by council.we have a driveway at the front of property with small garden,HUGE garden at rear of property all tidy with small shed and huge lawn.New fire and surround etc.New bath also just been put in,new stairs and landing carpet.We are in atherton with train station a 2 min walk away where you can travel to manchester wigan southport bolton etc .We are also in a very quiet area and are lucky to have lovely neighbours at either side,we want to move to be near our family in cornwall.
