we live in the waterside area of kirkintilloch, near to the bus terminus which has an express services into kirkintilloch and glasgow every 30 mins. we have enclosed our garden area keeping the front garden low maintenance and the back is a well maintanined grassed area. inside we have laminate flooring throughout and the bathroom is fully tiled with an electric shower over the bath. the kitchen is spacious and modernised before we moved in almost 3 years ago. the 3 bedrooms are all spacious double rooms, with one off the living room. our flat is on the ground floor and there is only one step ito the house and one step down into the kitchen. we are only looking to move to be closer to our childrens school as they are not at gartconner which is our local one, only 5 mins walk away. the neighbours are family orientated and friendly
