We have a lovely 3 bed new build house located in Rayne, just outside Braintree. The house consists of:
Downstairs toilet - with fuse box for house.
Kitchen - Space for fridge or fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and extra electrics and plumbing for a dishwasher.
Lounge/diner - with under-stairs cupboard, TV and phone socket and french style patio doors.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms of similar size, with a good sized single bedroom. Also a bathroom with built in airing cupboard and boiler. There is a shower over the bath also a lockable cupboard on wall. The is also a loft which is fully insulated and has a light.
There is a rear garden with a shed and rear access. An outside tap is located at the back of the house along with a water-butt that collects water from the guttering.
The house is supplied with gas central heating and water, though there are solar panels on the roof that are set up to heat the water, so a big saving on gas bills, especially in the summer.
We are seeking a large 3 bed or if possible a 4 bed house within Colchester and preferably within 3 miles of Monkwick. All areas will be considered.
