Hi all, i live in a 3 bed semi in North Berwick, there is a large b/f/s garden which has a driveway and wooden garage suitable for average size car. Downstairs is laminated and consists of newly fitted kitchen, livingroom and privately fitted shower room tiled from floor to ceiling newly lino tiled floor. Upstairs there are two dbl rooms newly decorated and carpeted (obviously to my families taste), and a single room which is laminted (boys room lol). The house was built in 1936. To the back of the house and garden is fields so no houses will be built there, to the front is the housing scheme (mostly bought). The bus stop is outside of house, shops from 2mins to 10 depending on where you want to go, 3 parks within 5-10 mins walk as is the beach. The primary and high school are 5mins away as is the sports centre. Move is due to new job. We have lived in this house for 15yrs.
