hi i have a 3 bedroom new build in craigshill house only been built since 8 october 2010.The beedrooms are 2 large up stairs and medium size down stairs . We have 2 bathrooms with built in shower in up stairs one . kichen medium size very big open plan livingroom with stairs patio doors leading into back garden which is quiet large.Back and front garden has been turfed and the council cuts for first year.You cant decorate for the first year.The house has a comby boiler and gas central heating .As with all new propertys all new fixgers and fittings throught the house.
