Great three bedroomed house in the sought after village of Seafield. Seafield offers a real sense of living in a semi rural location but with Livingston and Bathgate only a few minutes drive away. I am situated in an excellent location for commuters to both glasgow and edinburgh. Also regular bus service to all surrounding areas of west lothian. Recent re-decoration has been done, walk in condition, willing to leave fixtures & fittings for the right move if necessary. Would welcome a 3 or 4 way swap. We also have an award winning local nursery/primary school only 2 streets away and i have always been very comfortable with my children at this school. The only reason i want to leave seafield is because the children are getting bigger and i would like to live somewhere with a high street. I am currently the only person prepared to swap from seafield which i think enforces what a great area it actually is. I can email additional pictures if required :o)
