I have a three bed semi-detached cornish house in Crownhill, on the outskirts of Plymouth. The house backs onto fields and national trust woodlands and is not on an estate. The woodlands and fields start at the bottom of my back garden. There is a playpark on the main field. At the bottom of the garden on my side of the street are the fields and wooded area. At the backs of the houses on the other side of the street is a road consisting of private houses. I have one of the few houses that does not have a driveway, but you can park on the street.
I have gas central heating with a radiator in every room including the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is downstairs and as you can see by the measurements is very small. I have a separate toilet upstairs.

I'm looking for a 3 bed house preferably in Weymouth, Dorset or surrounding towns/villages. Will also consider other coastal towns and villages but want out of Devon if possible.
