I have a one bedroom ground floor flat, It is situated in a tiny block of flats wich has two floors and two flats on each floor. the bedroom is quite spacious, I have a double bed in the and huge wardrobe and there is still plenty of space avaible. The living room is nicely sized you can fit a four seater and and 2 seater in here and still have quite a bit of space left. The kitchen is very spacious and has lots of cupboards and draws plenty of storage space. In the hallway there is an airing cupboard and another cupboard. I'm often told by friends and visitors that the apartment has a nice cosy fell to it.
The neighbourhood is quiet and tidy. The neighbours are nice polite, and friendly. 5 mins walk there is a supermarket, takeaway places, leisure centre and gym and bus stops.
Overall this is a great place to live nice apartment in a good area with nice neighbours and considering rent is £292 per month, that is cheap!! you'd be hard pressed to find a place like this for that price. The only reason why i'm swapping is due to family and work commitments otherwise i'd be staying put.
