I Have a very nice one bed flat (ground floor) on a QUIET estate in Exeter. As I am disabled I have had the bath replaced with a walk-in shower. the kitchen is due a refurbishment ( council have promised within 3years) the flat faces south so gets lots of sun (when it shines -ha ha) There is a small garden in front & a large communal garden out back. Only 4 flats in the block, & all other neighboring blocks are also low (max 4 flats) many of which are privately owned. Convenient to 4 buses (5min walk from house) there is also a mini-market (Wilkies- open till 9 most nights) by the bus stop. Town center is 30-35 mins. walk (10 by bus)
