I have a spacious one bed flat (large bedroom and lounge) in cental st albans ( 15 mins on train to london).It is a small block in a quiet road off Hollywell Hill, 5 mins walk to Abbey and town.It is very well maintained with a lovely communal garden (benches flowers trees, not overlooked). The area is sought after and the location is excellent.
