My flat is in DARLASTON, Walsall although the postcode insists it is in Wednesbury :-) PLEASE NOTE - OVER 50\\\\\\\'S ONLY! I have put communal garden but it is at the front - all nicely planted out, and only used by me.WHG mow the lawn regularly so no work is involved. There is a lovely view over George Rose Park and the canal is a few yards away. Residents parking is just at the rear in Whitehouse Avenue, accessed easily from the back (security) door. I have 4 large storage cupboards. One I have turned into a decorative coat/shoe open space in the hall, and the one off the lounge is so big it has been turned into an office/study.The fourth one is in the bedroom. These flats are for over 50\\\\\\\'s so no nuisance problems. The flats have a security front entrance and an indoor Piper Alarm System. It is a 10 minute walk from Darlaston Town/Asda and 2 or 3 minutes from bus stops, local shops,chemist, chippie, etc..Also less than 5 minutes to junctions 9/10 of M6.
