I have a 1 bed flat in Constantine, a lovely village on the Helford River. There is a newly fitted kitchen, large lounge and bedroom, and a cupbord with a window that could be a small bedroom or study. Its a purpose built first floor flat with its own front door and stairs, and access to the loft for storage. It is all electric, storage heating etc....there is no gas here yet! Situated on a small estate with friendly neighbours, parking isnt a problem, a small friendly familly run Health Centre is within walking distance, there are two shops one with a post office, also an electrical shop, butchers, a pub, and a small Museum and Heritage Centre. There are a lot of stunning walks and views around the village, good public transport, 3 miles from an Asda and 5 miles from Falmouth. The nearst beach is Maenporth three and a half miles away, there is a primary school and its only a few miles from Gweek and the Seal Sanctuary.

I am looking to move back to the South Coast, Dorset, Hamphire, I.O.W or West Sussex for familly reasons. I need to be able to have pets as I have two dogs, I would like a larger place if possable but will swap for another 1 bed.
