we live in a 2 bedroomed flat on the first floor although no one is underneath us.there are 4 flats per floor and only 11 floors to the building.intercom entry system with secure underground parking.lovely sized rooms with a balcony to sit on off the living room plenty of light to the flat close to all amenities,good motorway links to airports and for shopping also good rail links.pets allowed suitable for couples singles and families with older chilren.we are looking for a two bedroomed house or bungalow with a garden and off road parking and possible a garage must accept pets and prefably a quiet area in new brighton,southport or weston point runcorn
