we have a lovely 3 bed house to swap, detached, lovely neighbours(older)4 houses in a row(all bought)apart from mine as im the only council house, no houses opp very nice quiet area close to hospital, shops, bus stops etc i have a new fitted bathroom done by us shower etc, fitted wardrobes in main bedroom, solid oak flooring downstairs, medium sized gardens,my bedrooms are not huge as i have a box room but it has a deep cuboard for storage,fitted kitchen medium,south facing so have the sun all day..
