I have a 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette in Shinfield. The lounge door opens out into a big garden that also has a side entrance and is totally secure. In a quiet area, no through traffic and is close to all local amenities. In catchment area for White Knights & Hillside Primary Schools.

I would like to exchange with another council property, house or bungalow, in Shinfield Village, Three Mile Cross, Spencers Wood, Grazeley, Burghfield, Arborfield, Swallowfield, Riseley, Woodley, Winnersh, Wokingham, Hurst or Twyford. Would like 3-4 bedrooms but would consider a 2 bedrooms if location right.

I have had over 2 happy years here but need more indoor space.
