100\\\\\\\' back garden summerhouse at the back with patio and gravel under foot plus a shed and bbq area. Path down towards house with above ground fish pond and grass on the other side. Small patio at back of house and outside porch (I store my freezers out there). Fencing all way round

Not knowing Scotland at all but we would like to be near Perth and 2 or 3 bedrooms
