we have a 3/4 bed mid terrace house with own access to our large back garden, parking for up to 3 cars outside front of house. we have a lounge/diner and smallish kitchen and downstairs bathroom with overbath shower. we have 3 bedrooms but the biggest has windows front and back and an extra door put in so it just needs a wall to make it a 4th bedroom. we have double glazing at the front of the house. we have rtb as we are with norwich city council and have refurbs due before 2010 for the kitchen and bathroom.
we are looking for a 3 bed with large garden in rushden or irthlingborough to be closer to family due to health.
we also have a potental 3 way swap, we need someone from south london or surrey to complete it.
