this house needs some work doing on it to make it a real special home...either by you ..(kitchen and bathroom need work on ....or the council will) .....that was intention when moving here 3 years ago...but divorce has changed plans.......this is a right to buy property with 38,000 discount to be had......and can make a fantastic amount of profit if extended etc........property next door has just sold for 330,ooo after having extension and conservatory added......after being bought for only 150,000 3 years ago........property prices will increase hugely in this area once massive new shopping complex is completed in town centre.........an excellent property for the diy expert or builder......

If you are type of person who likes walks or bike rides....plenty of lanes and nice places to be in the area. close to towns such as Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, Camberley and Reading....all of which supply everything you could need.......
Please be aware that I am not looking for a rush move...willing to take time to find right place and move in few months time....

Looking now for a property in Keighley West Yorkshire........preferably sem rural.....but otherwise in very quiet area......but will consider all offers in in surrounding radius of Keighley............only a house required, no flats .........dont have to be near schools etc as no kids.
