i am looking to exchange a 3/4 bedroomed housing association house in leicester for a 4 or 5 bedroomed house in southampton. my house has a garden, driveway large enough for 2 cars and central heating. it is located on a small quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance from shopping centre, leisure centre, bus routes and schools. we are only about 10 minutes drive from leicester city centre and within easy access to the local countryside. ideally situated. i am looking for at least a 4 bedroomed house in southampton to be with my partner and his family. only house with garden will be considered. off road parking preferred but not essential.
