We have a 2 doble bedroom house in a quiet and trouble free courtyard of 8 houses and 2 flats.Full DG and GCH plus Economy 7.We have a mature sole use private garden to the rear where we spend a lot of evenings.We have been here since the scheme was built 10 years ago as have most of our neighbours.This is a sought after scheme with very long waiting times of years,in fact we have never had anyone move in from waiting lists so exchanging is really the only way anyone can get into this scheme.
The living room and front bedroom face south and are always warm,we seldom use the GCH even in the mild winters we have,that\\\\\\\'s why we have Economy 7 for water heating.The rear bedroom,bathroom/WC and kitchen overlook our garden.The courtyard itself is set well back from a quiet road and we are located in a prime position to the rear of the courtyard.There is our private parking place in front of the living room window(doesn\\\\\\\'t obscure the view!).Pictures are available to interested parties and any further information or questions anyone needs,we shall be happy to supply.
