2 bedroom flat in SW1 for 2/3bed in Herts

I have a 2 bedroomed 4th floor (of 8, 2 flats per floor) council flat on a nice estate in Pimlico, London, SW1.
There's a small lift which is accessed by 4 steps, a fairly big balcony and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a large sitting room, bathroom and seperate toilet, and a new kitchen fitted 3 years ago.
The estate has a youth club for ages 5-16 and it runs an excellent play scheme during the half terms, It also has good parking facilities.
The flat is situated very close to the river Thames.
Bus routes and tube stations are a couple of minutes walk away.
Fantastic choice of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and schools, both primary and secondary and parks are a short walk away also.

I've had enough of London and preferably would want to move to Hertfordshire or as far N.W of London as possible.
I would like a 2/3 bedroomed house or flat (not beyond 4th floor) close to all amenities and schools.
All offers will be seriously considered.

hey there,
I have a two bed in Harlow, it is near your requests and a very up and coming area, also very good investestment.

Really want to move home to be near family.
