I have a two bedroom house in Vange - good size house, close to schools, shops, public transport, health centre etc - would now like to move to Pitsea area for family reasons - I can't move until I have been here for a year - which will be September - for more details or photos - please contact

I Have a 2 bedrooms ground floor flat in North London. The flat has its own back garden (about 120ft) for sole use. Everything is on one level, so no stairs to climb.There is only 1 flat on top occupied by a very quiet lady. The flat benefits from gas central heating, reasonably sized bedrooms and large kitchen. It is close to the shops, chemists, good schools, surgery, leisure centre and only 10 minutes from the local hospital. The area is very quiet and there is parking space.
