4 bed Blackburn to any 4-5 bed Suffolk swapper.

hi all,
i have up to swap a 4 bed mid terraced house..renterd by
TWIN VALLEY HOMES
as two large with built in cupboards and two smaller bedrooms,kitchen,lounge,separate dining room with hatch to kitchen area.combined toilet/bathroom..quiet a lot of loft space too..i have atm..500 boxes up there stored!!

garden both front and back..grassed..but weathered due to my dog running round and heavy rain!
has a side gate and is shared with neighbour ..a set of three brick built sheds and are lockable.

most of house is decorated to builder finish.as cos of move..i dont want to spend too much..
some rooms may need doing still depending on time of adverts.but will do as much as possible beforehand.

town is 15 minutes on bus..5 mins in car.there is local shops..and where this house is has a local grocers 2 houses away!

hospital,clinics,Blackburn train station and banks are in town..but there is facilities nearer..just getting to know where they are.
parks are 10m min walk away and schools are top of road for juniors and infants..older kids maybe a bus ride but re schools closer.

we are looking to move into either a 4 or 5 bed home..must have garden..not fussy where it is as long as the move is a serious one.have been let down before!!
